SOULutions Born from Real Needs

SOULutions was born from my search for natural, effective solutions to problems I had personally experienced: congestion, as well as shaving-related irritation and ingrown hairs.

What began as a personal necessity became a passion for formulation — and eventually, a range of natural and therapeutic products designed for skin care and well-being.

How It All Began

For more than 20 years, I struggled with shaving-related irritation and ingrown hairs. It was difficult to find products that worked consistently and contained ingredients I could feel confident about.

In 2018, after discovering the benefits of a natural beard oil, I asked myself a simple question: Why not create my own formula?

After several attempts, my first product was born.

That experience led me to explore natural solutions for congestion. A few formulations later, Breathe Easy came to life — laying the foundation for SOULutions.

From Necessity to Passion

Those first formulations sparked a genuine passion for natural and therapeutic skin care. I deepened my knowledge and went on to become a certified aromatherapy advisor and a certified formulator of natural and therapeutic products.

In 2022, I took the leap and officially launched SOULutions Apothecary.

To this day, I formulate and manufacture our products in small batches in Montréal, guided by a simple approach: ingredients chosen with intention and formulations designed to address real needs.

Why “SOULutions Apothecary”?

The term “apothecary” traditionally refers to a pharmacy or pharmacist. Before modern pharmacies, people turned to their local apothecary for herbal preparations, tonics, lotions, and other natural remedies.

SOULutions is a play on the words solutions and soul, reflecting our desire to create self-care solutions for both body and soul.
